At Factorial we're looking for a new Content Creator & Broadcast Producer to help us support and scale our Marketing Communications & PR team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of bringing Factorial's culture, employer brand, and internal communications to life, you'll be in charge of creating engaging content, producing company-wide broadcasts, and shaping how our story is experienced both internally and externally.

Create video, photo, and social content that supports Factorial's employer branding strategy.
Develop compelling stories that showcase our culture, teams, and employee experience.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to create campaigns that attract top talent across different markets.
Produce content from concept to final delivery, including scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
Ensure consistency across all communication channels, including LinkedIn, YouTube, careers pages, and internal platforms.
Analyze content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
Own the technical production of weekly company-wide livestreams and internal broadcasts.
Set up and manage audio, video, and streaming equipment before and during live events.
Troubleshoot production issues in real time and ensure a high-quality viewing experience.
Support the creative production of company events and internal communication initiatives.
Portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling through video, photography, or digital campaigns.
Experience creating content focused on people, culture, employer branding, or corporate communications.
Ability to translate brand strategy into engaging visual and narrative content.
Hands-on experience with livestreaming and broadcast production tools.
Knowledge of audio and video equipment, including cameras, microphones, capture cards, and streaming setups.
Experience with editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
Strong project ownership and ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset combined with strong execution and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Intermediate or higher level of English.
