At Factorial we are looking for a Manager of Account Management for the UK and ROW markets to join our CX team. You will report directly to the Head of Account Management and will work hand in hand with the other Area Managers to execute overall an upselling and also retention, satisfaction, and activation plan for our existing clients. We are looking for a person who wants to get involved and contribute innovative ideas that have an impact on the business.
What will you be doing:
- You will lead Team Leads and Account Managers.
- Successfully hire the best talent for your team

Constantly analyse data in order to improve or change internal processes.
Your Profile

Proven experience in management roles, 2 years experience

Sales, upselling, or cross-selling experience
- Retention and customer relationship management

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Able to work in a constantly changing environment and dynamics

Able to manage and prioritise multiple responsibilities
