At Factorial we're looking for a rock star Lifecycle Operations Manager to help us take our company and marketing team to the next level and join our Global Operations team
The Role
What will you be doing:
User Journey Mapping & Lifecycle Strategy

Design and optimize user journeys across multiple channels to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to surface insights and create tailored journeys for global and local markets.

Lead the development of omnichannel lifecycle strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and touchpoints across email, web, and in-app communications.
Email & Campaign Optimization

Manage and optimize email marketing strategies, including A/B testing for subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve open and click-through rates.

Develop and implement unsubscription strategies that balance compliance and user experience while retaining valuable audiences.
- Partner with performance marketing and content teams to ensure lifecycle campaigns align with broader marketing initiatives.
Audience Building & Segmentation
- Build and maintain dynamic, segmented audiences across CRM and marketing automation platforms, ensuring precise targeting for campaigns.

Implement strategies for progressive profiling to enhance data collection and personalization over time.
Enablement & Collaboration

Provide training and enablement for regional marketing teams on lifecycle best practices and market-specific strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align lifecycle initiatives with company goals.
- Act as the central point of contact for lifecycle operations, driving alignment between global strategies and local execution.
Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Track and analyze lifecycle campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights to improve engagement and retention.
- Continuously test and refine lifecycle campaigns and user journeys based on performance metrics and user behavior data.
- Identify and implement tools and technologies to enhance lifecycle operations and personalization capabilities.
Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced certifications in CRM, Marketing Automation, or Lifecycle Marketing are a plus.

3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.

Expertise in mapping and designing omnichannel user journeys with a focus on personalization and segmentation.

Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.

Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Iterable).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across departments.
