At Factorial we're looking for a new Legal Specialist / Senior Legal Specialist (Commercial) to help us support and scale our Legal team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of enabling Factorial's commercial growth while protecting the business, you'll be in charge of negotiating commercial agreements, partnering with business teams, and driving legal innovation through technology and AI.

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, partners, and vendors.
Partner with internal stakeholders to provide practical and business-oriented legal guidance.
Support commercial negotiations by identifying risks and proposing scalable solutions.
Leverage AI tools to analyze contracts, summarize regulations, and improve legal workflows.
Monitor regulatory developments affecting commercial operations, including AI and data-related legislation.
Review and continuously improve legal templates, policies, and internal processes.
Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships teams to accelerate deal execution while maintaining compliance.
Contribute to legal operations initiatives that increase efficiency, automation, and scalability.
Help build a modern legal function that combines legal expertise with technology and innovation.
Law degree and specialized legal education.
2–5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
Native-level Spanish and professional English.
Experience in SaaS, technology, or fast-growing companies is a strong plus.
Strong business acumen and ability to balance risk with commercial objectives.
Excellent attention to detail and contract analysis skills.
Interest in legal technology, automation, and AI-powered workflows.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
