At Factorial we're looking for a new Legal Privacy Associate to help us boost the company to the next level and ensure the company functions in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals.
The Role:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Privacy agreements with partners, providers, clients, and other relevant parties, ensuring compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.
Support other teams within the company with their inquiries and consultations related to legal issues, data protection and product compliance
Help revise and update the company’s data protection system and its policies periodically.
Collaborate with various teams to provide legal & privacy guidance on projects and a wide range of issues, including partnerships, sales, marketing, customer experience, product, security and HR.
Assist in communicating privacy concepts clearly and incorporating legal frameworks into business practices.
Your Profile:
Completed a Law Degree.
Interest in new technologies, data protection & commercial law.
Fluent in English and Spanish. German is a plus!
Eager to learn about how SaaS companies and startups operate.
Strong attention to detail and an ability to identify potential liabilities.
Great communication skills with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
