Junior Sales Trainer

What You'll Do:

As a Junior Sales Trainer, you will play a key role in onboarding new sales hires, delivering engaging training sessions, and driving the development of our growing salesforce. This is an opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic organization.

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver onboarding training for new sales hires, helping them ramp up quickly and effectively.

Facilitate interactive training sessions, such as role plays, workshops, and knowledge-sharing forums.

Collaborate with Senior Trainers to update training materials and ensure alignment with sales goals and processes.

Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

Partner with sales leaders to gather feedback and tailor training programs to meet the team’s evolving needs.

Complete certifications on core sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC) to deepen your expertise.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 1-2 years in sales, account management, or training roles.

Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Passion for Training: A desire to help others grow and succeed.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Google Suite, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German) are a HUGE plus.
