We’re looking for a curious and proactive soul to join our Sales Operations team and support our Sales organization in its next phase of growth.
As a Junior Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll help our Sales Development, Account Executive teams operate efficiently: managing tools, keeping data clean, and improving processes. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales leaders and stay in sync with the Global Operations & Innovation team to ensure we scale with consistency and intelligence.
What you’ll do
Maintain sales pipeline hygiene: ensure deals are in correct stages, clear next steps, correct ownership.
Build, update, and refine workflows and automations in HubSpot (or equivalent).
Manage and troubleshoot key sales tools:
Fugo (sales screen), Sales Navigator, Modjo, Aircall, Reachdesk
Create, maintain, and deliver reports/dashboards for sales metrics.
Handle Sales Support tickets and ad-hoc requests from the sales team.
Document processes, write training guides, and facilitate training sessions.
Support small process improvement projects (tool rollouts, data cleanup, automation testing).
What we expect from you
1–3 years experience in sales operations, sales support, or revenue operations (or similar).
Experience using a CRM (HubSpot or equivalent).
Strong attention to data accuracy and detail.
Basic knowledge of sales funnel concepts.
Good analytical skills (comfortable with reporting, dashboards).
Comfortable with multiple tools and switching contexts.
Clear communicator; works cross-functionally.
Curious, organized, and eager to learn from global peers.
