What You’ll Be Doing…

Partner Development & Strategy

• Identify, develop, and activate strategic partners across the DACH region.

• Assess the value of partnerships and create business cases demonstrating revenue potential and strategic fit.

• Build long-term relationships with partners based on trust and mutual success.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partner success.

• Capture partner insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategy.

Drive Long-term Impact

• Lay the foundation for growth and monetization within the DACH partner ecosystem.

• Continuously optimize processes and programs to maximize partner success and adoption.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…

• Are fluent in German and proficient in English.

• Have a builder or entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about creating new partnerships.

• Can identify strategic opportunities and leverage them for growth.

• Excel at building long-term, trust-based relationships.
