Factorial IT is one of the fastest-growing product areas inside Factorial — and we're building the go-to-market from the ground up. We help companies centralise and simplify their IT operations: device management, access provisioning, SaaS management, and employee support workflows, all in a single platform. We operate across five European markets and we're growing fast.
We're looking for a Jr. GTM Engineer to co-lead that effort with us.This isn't a support role. You'll own channels, run experiments, and make calls. If you've spent 1–3 years in B2B SaaS GTM and want to work at 0-to-1 pace — where what you build this quarter actually shapes the product's trajectory — this is your spot.
This isn't a support role. You'll be embedded in the GTM team, working directly with SDRs and AEs across Germany, Italy, France, Portugal, Spain and beyond, and you'll have real ownership over the data, tools, and systems that drive the outbound pipeline.
We're in an early, experimental phase: doubling down on what's working, exploring new segments, and building the infrastructure to scale. You'll be part of shaping what that looks like — not just executing someone else's playbook.
One of the things we're most excited to offer: you'll get to design and own your outbound tech stack. Clay, Apollo, HeyReach, n8n, HubSpot — we already work with these tools, and we want someone who'll go deep on them, find the gaps, and bring better ones to the table.
Prospecting Intelligence & List Building
• Build and maintain high-quality prospecting lists across all active markets — SDRs need consistent, targeted leads every day
• Source accounts manually from high-signal inputs: AI summits, startup indexes, FT lists, vertical directories, event attendee data
• Build segment-specific lists for verticals like hospitals, labs, hospitality, education institutions, and other structured organisations — with custom ICP logic for each
• Map the total addressable market (TAM) across territories; identify new demand pockets and untapped segments.
Outbound Tech Stack & Automation
• Design and own your outbound toolstack — from enrichment pipelines in Clay to automation flows in n8n and beyond
• Build, improve, and document workflows that make the team faster: enrichment automation, routing logic, CRM hygiene triggers
• Continuously evaluate new tools for prospecting, enrichment, sequencing, and pipeline management — and make the call on what we adopt
• Keep the tech stack lean and high-performing; cut what doesn't work
GTM Strategy & Market Intelligence
• Contribute to the team's strategic understanding of where the best opportunities are — by segment, market, and buyer type
• Build and maintain a structured view of the TAM across our five markets; surface new bets with data to back them
• Bring fresh ideas on segments we haven't tried yet, signals we're not using, and angles competitors are missing
• Work closely with sales leadership to translate market observations into actionable targeting decisions
Pipeline Operations & Data Quality
• Own pipeline hygiene — clean records, no stale contacts, SLA tracking for list refills
• Enrich contact and company records with key signals: tech stack, headcount, funding, hiring intent
• Keep the CRM (HubSpot) structured and up to date so reps can trust what's in there
Must-Have
• Genuine curiosity about data, systems, and how they drive revenue
• Strong research instincts — you know how to find what doesn't want to be found
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast context-switching in a startup environment
• Structured thinker who can turn messy information into clean outputs
• Clear written communicator — English required; German, Italian, or Spanish a strong plus
• A bias for action: ship first, iterate fast
Tools & Technical
• Hands-on experience with Clay, HeyReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools — or a strong track
record of picking up new tools fast
• Familiarity with CRM platforms — HubSpot preferred
• Comfort with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent)
Nice-to-Have
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales, ops, or revenue marketing
• Exposure to outbound sales sequencing or campaign execution
• Any background in data analysis, market research, or business intelligence
• Experience in a multi-market or multilingual GTM environment
Real ownership from day one — not a junior seat waiting for permission.
• Design and own your outbound tech stack — we'll give you the budget and the trust
• A front-row seat to building a scalable GTM motion from scratch across five European markets
