Hello! 👋🏽At Factorial, we're looking for a Junior Account Manager for Small Accounts for the Spanish Market to give the best experience to our customers. As an Account Manager, you will be a key point of contact for our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your main focus will be on understanding their needs, addressing any concerns, and proactively providing solutions that enhance their experience with our services. You will play a crucial role in developing long-term relationships with clients and driving retention and upselling initiatives.

The Role 📜

As a Junior Account Manager Small Accounts, you'll be responsible for developing a portfolio of 200-300 accounts. Your role involves proactive engagement, understanding client needs, and creating personalized strategies to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.

  • Sales Growth: Develop personalized sales strategies, including cross-selling, up-selling, and churn management.
  • Portfolio prioritization and customer support: Provide prompt, personalized after-sales support, ensuring timely responses and proactive communication.
  • Product Promotion: Educate clients on new products and features, aligning them with their specific use cases.
  • Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, offering valuable feedback.
  • Customer Engagement: Hold regular video meetings to demonstrate product updates and strengthen relationships.

Your Profile

  • Proficient in Spanish and fluent in English.
  • Strong verbal and writing communication skills. Engage naturally!
  • Customer-focused experience in support or satisfaction roles is highly valued.
  • Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and a positive team player with strong organizational skills.
  • Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Eager to take ownership and contribute to continuous improvement.
