Inbound Sales Development Director

We’re looking for an Inbound Sales Development Director to lead our entire inbound new logo acquisition channel, which today represents more than 60% of new sales pipeline in our core region. This is a strategic leadership role based in Barcelona, responsible for shaping our go-to-market strategy, scaling the team, and driving high return from our very significant marketing investments.

As Inbound Director, you'll lead a fast-growing team of second and front line Sales Development managers, and partner with other departments to position Factorial as a top SaaS player in one of our most promising markets, reporting to the VP of Sales.


🚀 The Role

  • Lead the Inbound Sales Development Organisation (>50 SDRs, 2nd line and 1st line managers) and be responsible for performance, engagement, and hiring.

  • Drive productivity, volume and quality of sales opportunities coming from marketing leads across our priority regions - France, Germany, Italy, Portugal and Spain.

  • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, particularly Marketing and Sales, and influence strategies in both teams.

  • Coach and mentor managers and ICs to grow into high-performing leaders and salespeople.

  • Take ownership of the inbound pipeline generation, lead conversion and channel revenue goals, team structure, and execution across the all core regions region.

  • Lead operational cadences with your leadership team to track progress, solve problems, and keep energy high.

  • As part of Factorial’s Sales Leadership Team, be an active contributor to global sales leadership, sharing best practices and collaborating across markets.

  • Foster a people-first culture that reflects Factorial’s values, and ensure your team is engaged, supported, and growing.


🔍 Your Profile

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role managing managers and multi-layered teams. Experience in high-growth SaaS is a big plus.

  • Inbound Sales Development Expertise: You understand the top of the funnel well, particularly from an Inbound perspective, in a cross-regional setting, as well as driving strong alignment with marketing.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to build, inspire, and lead high-performing teams through fast growth and change.

  • Strategic Thinking: You know how to go from market insights to actionable strategy, and you know how to delegate and scale.

  • Operational Excellence: Comfortable running forecasts, enforcing CRM hygiene, and leading through data.

  • Collaborative: You work well cross-functionally and know how to build early trust and shared goals.

  • Languages: Fluent in English, plus one other preferred (both written and spoken).

  • Relocation: This role is based in Barcelona. We’re looking for someone open to relocating.
