As a Head of SDR at Factorial, you’ll own the global Sales Development strategy and execution. You’ll lead a team of 50+ SDRs and managers, ensuring a predictable, scalable, and high-quality pipeline that fuels our revenue growth across markets.
You’ll work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement, combining leadership, data, and execution to build a world-class SDR organization.
Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing SDR organization (50+ people across teams and regions).
Build strong leadership layers (SDR Managers, Team Leads) and develop future sales leaders.
Own hiring, onboarding, ramp-up, and performance management at scale.
Define and execute the global SDR strategy (inbound & outbound) aligned with Factorial’s growth goals.
Own pipeline generation targets and ensure consistent overperformance.
Continuously optimize structure, territories, ICPs, and coverage models.
Improve processes, cadences, messaging, and tooling to boost productivity and conversion.
Partner closely with RevOps to track KPIs, forecast results, and make data-driven decisions.
Ensure best-in-class usage of CRM, sales automation, sequencing, and prospecting tools.
Work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Outbound Lead Gen, Enablement, and Customer Success.
Align on GTM strategy, messaging, feedback loops, and market insights.
Act as the voice of the SDR team across the organization.
Foster a high-energy, people-first, performance-driven culture.
Promote continuous learning, experimentation, and improvement.
Lead by example with ownership, curiosity, and accountability.
Proven experience leading large SDR / Sales Development teams (ideally 30+ people).
Strong background in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a fast-growing scale-up.
Track record of building scalable, predictable pipeline engines.
Exceptional people leader with experience managing managers.
Highly data-driven, structured, and comfortable with complexity.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Comfortable working on-site in Barcelona and collaborating with global teams.
Experience scaling SDR teams across multiple markets.
Strong knowledge of HubSpot and modern sales tech stacks.
Previous experience partnering closely with RevOps and Marketing leadership.
