We have huge, exciting plans for our Mexico Market and now actively seek our ambitious, hard-working and hungry Head of Sales who has the primary responsibility of leading our fast-growing sales department, overseeing activities of sales managers and exceeding LATAM sales performances as a whole.


The Role

We are actively seeking our hard-working Head of Sales Mexico Market to structure, develop, and manage our fast growing Mexico-based sales team. You will report directly to the SVP of Sales and will play an instrumental role in the future of Factorial. This position will require superior relationship-building skills, strong organisational skills, and a detailed understanding of how to discuss, market and sell our product.

You will act as a GM, taking on the responsibilities of sales management, recruiting and hiring to our existing team of Account Executives and working closely with the team to evolve our go-to-market strategy in Mexico.

It’s important that you are a self-starter, independent leader with a passion for sales coaching. You have deep knowledge of sales processes, methodology and possess a strong skill set to share that knowledge with the team you are building. A history of taking on big challenges and finding success runs in your blood. We leverage both an inbound and outbound SDR model, so experience leading this team structure is a must.

We currently have strong teams and product market fit across many global markets, with customers reaching out to us to help with their People Management needs. We have a strong tech stack to facilitate sales, and a great marketing team delivering content. What we really need now is you to build and develop the team!


Requirements

You have significant experience in country sales and team management, with demonstrable performance successes directly managing high-performing sales managers.

Your industry background is ideally from business management software to SMB companies. Human Resources Tech a plus.

Your achievements include developing and leading sales hiring processes, exceeding business goal performance.

You have a strong network of sales development representatives ready to join your team.

You are skilled in sales methodology knowledge to achieve hyper-growth in sales and revenue.

You are a goal achiever and lead by example. Your mindset is of people first and bet on people.

You speak fluent English and Spanish.

You are based in Mexico City and available to work in our in-office environment in Xoco (or can relocate with right to work in Mexico).
