You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in Italy. You will lead a team of sales professionals, foster a culture of high performance, and establish strong relationships with key clients and partners. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, particularly in the Italian market.


The Role

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the Italian market.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on growth potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.


Requirements

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales leadership roles, with a focus on the Italian market.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
