The Role

The Head of People at Factorial will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business goals. This role oversees talent acquisition, talent development, engagement, and people operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that supports Factorial's business objectives and growth plans
• Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on all HR-related matters
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent
• Develop talent management programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees
• Create and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a motivated and committed workforce
• Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
• Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR operations
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head of People, Chief People Officer, or similar senior HR leadership role in a SaaS or technology company
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, talent development, employee engagement, and people operations
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies
• Experience in leading and managing a team of HR professionals
• Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture
