What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of GTM Systems & CRM Architecture to own and rebuild our entire go-to-market tech stack.
Your mission is to turn a cluttered HubSpot instance into a high-performing, data-driven growth engine that supports the scale of a hyper-growth SaaS business. You’ll work at the intersection of data, systems, and strategy—designing scalable solutions that drive revenue efficiency across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
Build and mentor a high-performing RevOps team—hire A-players, set clear direction, and inspire when team though the transformational leadership style.
GTM Systems Ownership
Own the entire GTM systems stack (HubSpot CRM and all connected tools).
Define the long-term roadmap and ensure seamless integration across Marketing, Sales, CS and Partners platforms.
CRM Architecture & Data Governance
Design and maintain a scalable, clean CRM architecture.
Establish a structured data model and object relationships in HubSpot that reflect our GTM strategy.
Enforce GDPR-compliant practices, eliminate duplicates, and ensure high data hygiene standards.
Integrations & Automation
Build and maintain REST API and iPaaS integrations (e.g. Zapier, n8n) to optimize workflows and enable automation at scale.
Leverage AI and automation to increase GTM team productivity and reduce manual effort.
Project & Change Management
Prioritize and lead high-impact CRM projects from scope to deployment.
Drive stakeholder alignment, run UAT, and ensure proper documentation and training for successful adoption of new tools and features.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in CRM systems and RevOps leadership roles within fast-paced B2B SaaS companies.
Proven team management experience—you're a people-first leader who can coach and scale high-performing technical teams.
Deep knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred)—including architecture design, data modeling, and advanced customization.
Strong technical capabilities: SQL, APIs, JavaScript, Node.js, Zapier/n8n.
Highly analytical and organized, with a passion for data accuracy and process efficiency.
Able to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution—you move fast, but always with scalability in mind.
Excellent communicator—clear, structured, and data-driven, with a knack for translating technical solutions into business impact.
