We are looking for a Head of Account Management – France to lead, scale, and develop our French AM organization from our Barcelona office.
This is a senior leadership role for an experienced manager of managers who has successfully led multiple layers of leadership and is ready to drive the next phase of growth. You will oversee a team of Team Leads and Account Managers, with a clear objective of scaling the team to ~20 people by the end of the year.
We are looking for someone with solid, proven management experience (3–5+ years), ideally managing managers and complex commercial teams.
Lead and develop 2 Team Leads and 12 Account Managers (growing to ~20 total team members).
Coach managers to drive performance, accountability, and team engagement.
Build a strong commercial culture focused on retention, customer expansion, and customer value.
Actively participate in hiring and scaling the French AM organization.
Personally step into strategic or complex negotiations when needed.
Support the team in handling high-value or challenging clients.
Ensure strong revenue retention and expansion performance.
Partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure alignment across the customer lifecycle.
Work cross-functionally with Product to influence roadmap decisions based on customer insights.
Manage escalations in collaboration with Customer Service and act decisively in critical situations.
Provide structured, direct, and actionable feedback across departments.
Be product-savvy and comfortable influencing Product teams.
Understand the SaaS environment and bring strong knowledge of subscription-based business models.
Translate customer needs into strategic internal initiatives.
3–5+ years of management experience, including managing Team Leads or Managers (manager of managers experience is required).
Strong commercial background, comfortable negotiating, stepping into complex deals, and handling demanding clients.
Proven experience in Tech, ideally in SaaS (strong plus).
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer teams.
Native French speaker with strong English proficiency.
Based in Barcelona and available to work on-site.
