Hello! 

At Factorial we're looking for a rock star (Senior) GTM Systems Team Lead to help us take our company and marketing team to the next level and join our Global Operations team


The Role:

As our GTM Systems Lead, you’ll lead a team of six, focused on keeping our revenue operations systems running smoothly and evolving them to meet future needs. You'll take the lead in strategic system improvements, plan new tools, manage renewals, and handle the hands-on stuff like resolving tickets and bugs. You'll also help us push the boundaries by exploring more advanced tech like APIs and code-based solutions. More than anything, you’ll be a key player in driving growth, both in the systems and within the team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and support a team of 6 people, focusing on their growth and keeping the team's dynamic strong.
  • Manage and optimise our revenue systems (CRMs, automation tools, etc.), making sure everything runs efficiently.
  • Plan and implement new system features and improvements that align with where we’re headed as a business.
  • Scout out and recommend new systems/tools as we scale, keeping the tech stack cutting-edge.
  • Handle system renewals and vendor relationships with a focus on what best serves our growing needs.
  • Explore and implement more advanced integrations using code and API connections.
  • Own the ticketing process and make sure bugs are resolved quickly, keeping systems reliable.
  • Collaborate closely with our GTM teams and other departments to align system capabilities with business goals.
  • Contribute to bigger RevOps projects with a strategic mindset, always thinking about how our systems can do more.

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM management or similar roles.
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams—you genuinely enjoy seeing people grow.
  • Hands-on, technical skills with system integrations, APIs, and CRM tools.
  • Super organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to think strategically about long-term solutions.
  • Problem-solver with strong project management abilities.
  • People-oriented and curious—you love learning new things and working with others to solve challenges.
