About the Role
We are looking for a GTM Systems Specialist to join our team and become an expert in DealHub, a CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platform. While prior knowledge of DealHub is not required, the ideal candidate should have a strong logical mindset and the ability to quickly learn and manage the system.
This role involves solving tickets, documenting processes, and training others to ensure smooth operations across Sales, Partners, and Customer Success teams. Over time, the specialist will take on projects to enhance and optimize DealHub to reduce manual work and improve efficiency. Additionally, this role requires close collaboration with C-level executives, providing insights and solutions to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities

• Learn and master DealHub to manage configurations and resolve technical issues.
• Provide support by solving tickets related to DealHub for Sales, Partners, and Customer Success teams.
• Document processes and solutions to ensure knowledge is easily accessible.
• Train internal teams on DealHub functionalities and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives, to understand system needs and implement improvements.
• Develop and optimize DealHub projects to enhance automation and reduce support requests over time.

Requirements

• Strong logical reasoning skills and experience working with logic-based tools.
• Senior-level experience in a similar role, preferably within Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and solve complex problems efficiently.
• Experience in configuring business systems (CPQ, CRM, or other SaaS platforms).
• Excellent documentation and training skills.
• Educational background in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred but not required.

Nice to Have

• Experience in process improvement or project management.
