This is Carmen from Factorial and I am looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Product Growth team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of driving business growth from X to Y, a passion for PLG experiences and an AI-first mindset.
The role is a unique opportunity in one of the fastest growing SaaS in Europe, offering one of the few genuine Product Led Growth (PLG) roles in the B2B space. The Product Growth team owns the entire customer journey within the product: acquisition, self-serve, activation, expansion and retention.
Within that scope, you will be accountable for how users experience Factorial from the very first moment: trial experience, activation, early onboarding, and the signals that enable self-serve expansion later on.
This position is suited for a person with a business mindset, product-sense and the ambition to rethink how software is built in an AI-native world. What will you get in return?
Ambitious goal: With 15,000+ companies, Factorial is entering its next growth phase. We plan to 10x our business in the next 2-3 years. Reaching thousands of companies at scale in that timeframe requires a step-change in how we acquire, activate, and expand customers through self-serve and PLG.
PLG in B2B is scarce: growth in B2C? Easy! But what about B2B? That’s harder to find. At Factorial, there’s almost 1M users you can impact.
AI-First: One, our AI agent, is becoming the main interface to discover, learn, and extract value from Factorial. Trial and activation are where this matters most. You’ll define how AI replaces traditional UX, guidance, and onboarding flows in a complex B2B product.

You will join forces with the talented Lara, on the PM-side, and Pablo, Amalia, Chloé, Rubén on the tech side. Finally, Pedro and David will be your design partners in crime. This team reports to Carmen, Director of Product Marketing and Product Growth (who is also writing this job description talking about herself in the third person).
Lastly, you can expect to work with peers from the Operations, Finance, Marketing and Product teams on a daily basis. Due to the scope this team owns, you'll have many stakeholders to collaborate with. Therefore, you have to be excellent at communication, creating strong relationships and project coordination.
I’m looking for a passionate and driven Senior Product Manager with the following experience and skills. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t check all of them:
Product Sense: A strong understanding of product design principles and a passion for building user-centric products.
AI-first mindset: Comfortable to challenge and change how software is built in an AI-native world. Experience designing products where AI meaningfully reshapes user workflows, decision-making, or interfaces, or strong conviction and learning velocity to do so.
Growth experiences & Business acumen: You bring a track record of growing business/products from X to Y.
Prioritization & Execution: Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on the most impactful initiatives. A practical, results-oriented approach.
Leadership & Communication: Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Entrepreneurial experience or previous leadership roles are highly valued.
PLG: You have experience with Product Led Growth in B2B and have worked on product trials, self-serve, onboarding or cross-selling initiatives.

This role compensation can vary can vary depending on your skills, experience and proven impact. It’s fair to say that the range we’re offering is within 60.000€ to 80.000€. In addition, you’ll get a generous ESOP package and benefits.
