At Factorial we're looking for a Growth Product Manager.
Your mission? To find the levers that will make our business grow exponentially, drive PLG opportunities and own the demo experience for the sales team.

First, you'll own something big: the entire customer journey (from trial to expansion) with special focus on the latter. We have the ambitious goal of 5x our customer base expansion revenue next year.
Not only that, you'll lead the Demo experience. Can you imagine improving our sales win rate by 10%? These are the projects that drive over $1M ARR, and they are led by the Growth Product team.

The Growth Product team deserves a special section ✨
Led by Pablo Gutiérrez, our Swiss Army knife acting as both Engineering Manager and Product Manager, this team stands out for its proactiveness, fast execution, entrepreneurial mindset and creativity (don't get me talking on Musical Kudos...). Last and most importantly, they're a joy to work with.
You will join forces with the talented Amalia González, Chloé Dumit, Rubén Pérez on the tech side, and David García will be your design partner in crime.
This team (and you) reports to Carmen, Head of Product Marketing and Growth Product. Previously, she managed the Time and Payroll product teams at Factorial (and she’s also writing this job description talking about herself in the third person).
Lastly, you can expect to work with peers from the Operations, Finance, Marketing and Product teams on a daily basis. Due to the scope this team owns, you'll have many stakeholders to collaborate with. You have to be excellent at communication, creating strong relationships and project coordination.

The salary range for a Senior roles in this position is between 67.000€ (57.000€ Base + 10.000€ based on performance payed quarterly) and 76.500€ (65.000€ Base + 11.500€ based on performance payed quarterly).
