You will be part of the Global Operations team, focusing on the scope of an international Customer Success team of 250+ people.

The role 📜
1. Support day-to-day inquiries from the Customer Success team and the Sales team providing prompt and efficient resolution to all their inquiries
2. Develop and maintain standardised operations reports and dashboards to monitor Customer and Sales Performances.
3. Administer and support the Hubspot platform (adding new users creating new fields, implementing changes in the process, building workflows , etc)
4. Provide guidelines and education to the Customer Success around Hubspot policies and other tools
5. Build repeatable processes to empower the whole Customer operations team.
