At Factorial, we’re expanding our platform beyond HR and Finance to include IT, Cloud, and Device Management — creating the first truly connected people and IT management experience. We’re looking for Founding Account Executives to join the early sales team for Factorial IT, help define our go-to-market approach, and close the first deals that will shape this new business line.
As a Founding AE, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from discovery to close — for Factorial IT.
You’ll speak with IT Managers, CIOs, and Operations leaders to understand how they manage their people, devices, and SaaS tools today, and show them how Factorial can unify it all in one platform.
Depending on your profile and career goals, you’ll focus either on:
New Business (new logos) — acquiring new customers, or
Customer Expansion (existing customers) — upselling Factorial HR clients.
Why This Role Is Special 🌟
This is a founding role in a new vertical inside Factorial.
You’ll not only close deals but help define our playbook, sales narrative, and customer experience for Factorial IT.
Your success will directly shape how we grow this business across Europe.
Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close.
Run discovery sessions, product demos, and solution presentations.
Build consultative relationships with IT and Ops decision-makers.
Collaborate closely with SDRs and Marketing to refine ICP and messaging.
Track and forecast opportunities accurately in HubSpot CRM.
Share insights from customers to improve product and process.
1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (preferably in IT, Cloud, or Operations).
Native or bilingual in Spanish with professional English. French, or German are a plus.
Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
Organized, analytical, and comfortable managing pipeline and forecasts.
Excellent communicator with a passion for technology.
Entrepreneurial mindset — excited to build, test, and iterate.
Bonus Points ✨
Experience selling to IT personas (CIO, IT Manager, VP Engineering).
Background in ITSM, MDM, or SaaS automation solutions.
Experience with upselling/cross-selling in existing customer bases.
