Hello! 👋🏽
At Factorial we’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager for the German Market to help us accelerate our growth and take the company to the next level.
We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to support the growth of Factorial in Germany, responsible for developing and executing field marketing programs and tradeshows that generate high-quality pipeline.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the regional Sales leadership, Sales and SDR teams, as well as the broader Marketing organization to ensure the successful planning, rollout, and follow-up of regional marketing initiatives.
This position combines strategic planning and hands-on execution, requiring the ability to define a long-term demand generation vision while managing the day-to-day execution of multiple campaigns with a strong focus on demand generation KPIs.
Design and execute the marketing plan for the German market, aligned with global company strategy and objectives.
Adapt global marketing strategies to the specific needs of the DACH region and develop territory plans in collaboration with regional Sales priorities and targets.
Plan and execute field marketing programs and events, including both online and in-person events, conferences, and tradeshows sponsored or organized by Factorial.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams to develop and launch integrated regional campaigns (emails, webinars, paid media, and Account-Based Marketing initiatives) with clear ownership of campaign ROI.
Partner with industry experts, associations, and influencers in the HR ecosystem to strengthen Factorial’s presence in the market and support thought leadership activities such as events and webinars.
Localize and create relevant marketing assets for the German market (reports, brochures, landing pages, website content, and branding materials).
Work closely with the Customer Marketing Manager as the regional point of contact to support customer marketing initiatives.
Ensure the proper handover of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated in the region to the Sales Development Representatives.
Track, measure, and report on regional marketing performance, including pipeline generation, key demand KPIs, and identify challenges and optimization opportunities.
Fluent German and English (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in field marketing and/or demand generation, ideally in a B2B SaaS or high-tech environment.
Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to execute regional marketing initiatives.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, and/or Salesforce.
Strategic and analytical mindset, with experience analyzing marketing performance data and making data-driven decisions.
