At Factorial we're looking for a new Founding Account Executive for the Italian Market to help us support and scale our Factorial IT Sales team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of building and scaling our new IT business line from 0 to €10M ARR, you'll be in charge of owning the full sales cycle, closing new business or expanding existing customers, and helping define our go-to-market strategy.

Factorial is known for transforming how companies manage HR and Finance through a single, intuitive platform. Now, we’re taking things a step further. We’re launching Factorial IT, and we are building the founding team that will take this product from 0 to €10M ARR.

Our team operates like a startup inside Factorial: its own roadmap, its own go-to-market strategy, and a team expected to grow rapidly. We already have the technical backbone in place and +200 active customers proving the demand.

What you'll do πŸ“

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal.

  • Run discovery calls to understand customer IT, device, and SaaS management needs.

  • Deliver tailored product demos and consultative sales presentations.

  • Build strong relationships with IT Managers, CIOs, and Operations leaders.

  • Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and outreach strategy.

  • Manage pipeline and forecasting accurately in HubSpot CRM.

  • Share customer insights to improve product, positioning, and sales processes.

What are we looking for? 🎯

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales

  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills

  • Native Italian with professional English

  • Experience selling to IT, Ops, or technical stakeholders (bonus)

  • Familiarity with SaaS, ITSM, MDM, or cloud/automation tools (bonus)

  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, builder mentality

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
