This role sits at the intersection of Brand, Product Marketing, Sales and Enterprise Marketing. Your mission will be to translate business challenges, industry trends and product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise audiences.

What youโ€™ll do ๐Ÿ“

Enterprise Content Creation

You will own the creation and adaptation of content for enterprise audiences across multiple formats and channels, including:

  • Email sequences

  • LinkedIn content

  • Landing pages

  • Sales enablement materials

  • Industry-specific assets

  • Campaign messaging

Your goal will be to turn business challenges, customer pains and product capabilities into content that educates, builds credibility and creates commercial opportunities.

Content Adaptation & Repurposing

You will work closely with content teams across Factorial to identify valuable existing content and adapt it for enterprise audiences.

A big part of your role will be transforming content created for different markets, segments and initiatives into assets that resonate with large organizations.

Enterprise Messaging

You will develop a strong understanding of enterprise buyer pains and industry trends, helping shape the messaging and narratives we use across our XL initiatives.

We are looking for someone who can translate complex ideas into clear, relevant and compelling stories.

Cross-functional Collaboration

You will work closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Sales and local teams to ensure content is aligned, accurate and impactful.

This role requires someone who is proactive, resourceful and comfortable gathering information from different stakeholders without waiting for direction.

What are we looking for?๐ŸŽฏ

  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English and Spanish

  • Experience creating B2B content, ideally in SaaS

  • Strong business mindset and ability to connect content with commercial goals

  • High ownership and proactive attitude

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing projects independently

  • Experience with HubSpot

Nice to have:

  • Figma

  • CMS platforms such as Dato

  • Additional languages (German, Italian, French or Portuguese)
