At Factorial we're looking for an Enterprise Team Lead to join our Spanish Customer Experience team and help us take our highest-value accounts to the next level.
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Account Management for Spain and team up with other Area Managers to spearhead our mission of creating, for our Spanish Enterprise customers, the highest satisfaction levels, maximizing retention, and unlocking strategic growth opportunities.

Our Enterprise Customer Experience team is the strategic partner for Factorial’s largest and most complex clients. We don't just support: we consult, negotiate, and ensure that our top-tier users get maximum ROI from our platform. What you'll do 📝
Lead & Empower: Guide a dedicated team of 6-8 Enterprise Account Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, self-improvement, and high performance, tailored to handling large corporate accounts.
Strategic Retention & Growth: Design and execute innovative strategies aimed at maximizing retention and driving expansion (upselling/cross-selling) within our top-tier client portfolio, contributing significantly to revenue amplification.
Contract Renegotiations: Directly oversee and support the team in complex contract renewals, multi-year renegotiations, and commercial structuring for high-value accounts.
Stakeholder Management: Guide your team in navigating complex corporate structures, building strong relationships with C-Level executives, HR Directors, and Procurement heads.
Hands-on Operational Involvement: Roll up your sleeves when needed. You will actively participate in steering committees, critical business reviews (QBRs), and crisis management for key accounts.
Data-Driven Optimization: Regularly monitor team performance metrics (NDR, GRR, NPS), identifying areas for improvement and implementing tailored strategies to drive business growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Enterprise Sales to feed back customer insights, ensuring our platform evolves to meet large-scale corporate needs.
Talent Development: Collaborate with the Talent team to recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier AM talent, building a robust and resilient team.
What are we looking for? 🎯
Language Skills: Spanish expert speaker and fluent in English. We are international!
Enterprise Experience: Proven experience managing individual contributors in an Enterprise Customer Success or Account Management team within a SaaS environment.
Negotiation & Executive Presence: Strong track record in contract renegotiations, handling procurement processes, and managing high-level stakeholders (C-Suite).
Operational Agility: You are strategic but also love being close to the action. You enjoy jumping into operations to unlock roadblocks for your team and clients.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to use data insights to make informed business decisions.
