Are you passionate about fostering inclusion and driving positive social impact at work? We’re looking for a junior Diversity & Inclusion Specialist to advance our equality strategy, promote functional diversity and inclusion, lead volunteer initiatives, and maintain safe, effective feedback channels.

Support our Equality Plan: help define actions, strategize implementation, and track outcomes.
Promote functional diversity under the General Disability Law: design and execute inclusive initiatives, collect data, and measure progress.
Assist with afterworks and social events: ensure every gathering reflects our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Drive the Volunteer Programme: research initiatives, design materials, and coordinate impactful community actions.
Support Diversity & Inclusion events: assist in planning and delivering inclusive programs that raise awareness and foster belonging.
Manage the complaint channel: research best practices, draft communications, and support respectful resolution of employee concerns.
You’re likely a great fit if you:
1–2 years of experience in DEI, HR, community outreach, or related fields.
Empathetic, discreet, and deeply committed to creating an inclusive environment.
Excellent communication skills, adept at handling sensitive topics with care.
Required: certification as an Equality Agent, which covers gender equality strategies and legal frameworks.
Plus: training in Gender Violence Prevention is a strong advantage.
Have worked with HR tech or similar domains.
Have experience working in hyper-growth environments where things move fast and change is constant.

The salary range for this position is 20.000€ to 26.000€. We won't consider how many years of experience you have but your knowledge and skills.
