At Factorial we're looking for a new Senior HR Talent Consultant for the Italian Market to help us support and scale our Customer Experience Consulting team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of helping customers maximize the value of Factorial's Talent solutions, you'll be in charge of leading strategic HR transformation projects, advising HR leaders on best practices, and driving long-term customer success and adoption.

Lead strategic onboarding and implementation projects for Factorial's Talent solutions.
Advise HR leaders on performance management, employee development, engagement, and people analytics.
Analyze customer needs and translate business objectives into scalable HR processes and platform configurations.
Guide customers in adopting data-driven decision-making and digital HR workflows.
Support organizations in leveraging emerging HR technologies, including AI-driven talent management solutions.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
Gather market insights and customer feedback to influence product evolution and best practices.
Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and help customers scale their HR operations.
Manage your own portfolio of projects and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Contribute to webinars, events, and thought leadership initiatives to increase customer engagement and market impact.
5+ years of experience in HR consulting, talent management, HR technology, or customer advisory roles.
Strong knowledge of performance management, employee development, engagement, and people analytics.
Experience implementing or working with HRIS or Talent Management platforms.
Native or near-native Italian and professional English.
Strong consulting mindset with the ability to understand business challenges beyond the product.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Analytical approach and ability to transform customer insights into actionable recommendations.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Interest in HR innovation, digital transformation, and AI applications in HR.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Bonus points:
Experience leading HR transformation or digital HR projects.
Knowledge of the Italian HR landscape and labor market.
Experience working with SMEs, scale-ups, or fast-growing organizations.
Experience supporting clients across different industries.
