What you’ll do:
Maintain and create simultaneously strong relationships with existing customers.
Problem-solving: Ensure all needs and queries are resolved via ticket/phone/email/chat.
Control and follow up on any bugs with the operations team and the client. Assist with basic troubleshooting.
Provide information about products/services/policies.
Document Interactions.
Your Profile 🧐
Expert level of German and English proficient speaker.
You demonstrate full ownership on each activity you develop.
You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
Excellence in communicating and problem-solving.
You are a team player.
Previous experience dealing with Customers is a plus!
