About the role
As Customer Marketing Content Specialist, you’ll be part of the Customer Marketing team, working cross-market to support upselling and expansion initiatives across Factorial’s customer base.
You’ll own the content strategy across all customer marketing channels, ensuring consistent, effective messaging across webinars, events, emails, and succes stories.
You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Experience, Product, and other marketing stakeholders to build end-to-end content projects from strategy definition to execution and localization.
This is a highly cross-functional and hands-on role, combining content ownership, project management, and coordination at an international level.
What you’ll do
• Be part of the Customer Marketing team, contributing to upselling initiatives across all markets
• Own and execute the content strategy for customer marketing channels, including:
Webinars
Events
Email campaigns
Success stories (video and landing pages
• Lead content projects end-to-end:
Define content strategy in collaboration with Customer Experience and Product teams
Create and edit high-quality customer-facing content
Coordinate translations and localization across markets
Ensure timely delivery and high execution standards
• Partner closely with Customer Experience, Content and Brand teams to align messaging with customer needs, product adoption, and lifecycle stages
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and narrative across all customer touchpoints
• Track content performance and continuously optimize based on engagement and upselling impact
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to align initiatives, campaigns, and priorities
You’ll be a great fit if you:
Have 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, customer marketing, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
Are comfortable working on upselling, retention, and customer-focused initiatives
Have experience managing multiple content channels (emails, webinars, events, landing pages)
Are skilled in project management, coordinating multiple stakeholders and timelines
Have experience working with translations and international markets
Combine strong writing skills with a strategic mindset
Are fluent in English (B2+) additional languages are a plus
Thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environments
Are proactive, organized, and comfortable owning projects end to end
