The Role 📜

Reporting to the Marketing Director we’re looking for someone who can drive demand generation and nurture leads across multiple channels. You’ll focus on acquiring and engaging SME and mid-market prospects in France, ensuring that our marketing efforts align with business market goals and deliver measurable pipeline growth. This role will involve cross-team collaboration, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.

Your role is a key piece of the team, you’ll be responsible for crafting and implementing comprehensive strategies across the full marketing funnel and requires a highly cross-functional approach, necessitating close partnerships across sales, partners, growth ops, and more.

You will be responsible for leading the strategy, execution and optimisation of all always-on programs with the goal of increasing Factorial awareness in France, generating demand to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth, and improved funnel conversion. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for testing, learning, and iterating. You are data-driven with deep expertise in measuring, tracking, and reporting on demand generation programs.


Your responsibilities:

  • Lead digital emailing and always-on lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the buyer’s journey and create new Sales Accepted Opportunities (Deals).
  • Lead pipeline growth initiatives to drive new customer acquisition and market expansion
  • Create and implement a multi-channel demand generation strategy targeting SMEs and mid-market customers in France.
  • Utilize inbound, outbound, and partner channels to expand our sales pipeline.
  • Align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring campaigns hit the right audience and drive revenue. 
  • Contribute to sales pipeline meetings: We generate the correct MQL and they move through the pipeline efficiently.
  • Create Marketing campaigns in Hubspot and regularly analyze its data to optimize performance and enhance ROI
  • Work with teams across sales, product, creative, and RevOps to build integrated campaigns that resonate with the French market.


Your Profile:

  • Proficiency with Hubspot (PowerBI is a plus)
  • You are a native-level French speaker & fluent in English (Spanish is a plus!)
  • Strong background in revenue-focus roles, CRM, email marketing, and demand generation within B2B SaaS
  • Experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM), persona targeting, and data analysis to improve campaigns.
  • Great communicator and copywriting skills, able to work effectively across departments
  • You enjoy a hands-on role, especially with email campaigns, and are comfortable driving growth in a fast-paced setting
  • Work ethics, continuous learning ambition, and motivation to join a fast moving high performance team.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously, you can set your agenda and execute initiatives without needing direction.
