This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in knowledge management, content creation, and cross-team collaboration while contributing to the improvement of our Help Center and Internal Knowledge Base.
As a Content & Documentation Intern, you will support the team in creating and maintaining documentation, analyzing user feedback, and ensuring our knowledge resources are accessible, accurate, and impactful.
What You’ll Do
Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining articles for both the Help Center and the Internal Knowledge Base.
Review content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Support translations and multilingual updates of articles.
Collaborate with other teams (Customer Service, Product...) to collect information and identify documentation needs.
Your Profile 🧐
Currently studying a degree in Communications, Languages, Business, Information Management, or a related field.
Strong writing and editing skills in English (other languages are a plus).
Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.
Interest in knowledge management, customer support, or content strategy.
Good organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
