You’ll increase brand equity, strengthen our reputation, and build communications that position Factorial as a global category leader. This role calls for someone who can turn insights and innovation into stories that resonate across countries and channels.

About the role 🚀
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on communicator to own Communications & PR initiatives across multiple international market, both strategic and operational.
During the first months, you’ll focus on mastering our narrative, understanding market needs, and securing early wins through targeted coverage, impactful announcements, and strong media relationships. As you grow, you’ll take full ownership of the global communications roadmap, influencing brand reputation, awareness, and credibility.
You’ll balance big-picture communication strategy with day-to-day execution: crafting messaging, managing agencies, shaping thought leadership, preparing executives, and ensuring all external communication is coherent, aligned, and high-impact.

What will you be doing ✨
1. Global Narrative & Brand Positioning
Support and execute Factorial’s global communications strategy, ensuring a clear, consistent message across markets.
Craft compelling messaging that resonates locally while aligning with global priorities.
Monitor media sentiment and identify opportunities to strengthen brand equity.
2. PR Leadership & Media Relations
Manage PR agencies across multiple markets to deliver measurable impact.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists and publications to secure top-tier coverage.
Develop press releases, media kits, and thought leadership content that elevates Factorial’s authority.
3. Market Activation & Influence
Launch localized PR campaigns to drive awareness, trust, and preference.
Support product announcements, executive visibility, and thought leadership initiatives.
Identify events, speaking opportunities, and partnerships that increase Factorial’s market presence.
4. Reputation & Issues Management
Support sensitive communications and crisis response with clear, timely messaging.
Maintain and evolve communications playbooks and response protocols.
Ensure alignment and accuracy across all high-pressure scenarios.
5. Content & Storytelling
Create compelling narratives, case studies, op-eds, and commentary showcasing Factorial’s innovation, culture and values.
Develop messaging frameworks and briefing documents for spokespersons.
Support internal communications to align teams across regions.
Your Profile 🧠
4–7 years of experience in Communications, PR, Media Relations, or Corporate Affairs (agency or in-house).
Experience operating across multiple international markets.
Proven success managing PR agencies and delivering strong coverage.
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, able to simplify complex ideas.
Experience in tech, SaaS, HR tech, or scale-ups is a strong plus.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with leadership.
A proactive, curious, collaborative communicator who thrives on impact.

Experience securing top-tier coverage in multiple markets.
Background in executive comms, thought leadership, or spokesperson prep.
Experience with reputation, issues, or crisis communication scenarios.
Familiarity with Notion, Asana, media databases, or collaboration tools.
