The Role What will I be doing? 👀

We are looking for a Client Success Team Leader to join our Customer Experience. Currently the team is made up of 40 people of different nationalities. We want someone with excellent communication skills, who likes to solve problems and who always gives the best answer to the client. If you are looking for a challenge, join our Family! 

Your functions will be:

  • Lead the team of Client Success Specialists
  • Manage the teams goals and objectives, always achieving the best outcome and team operation
  • Build strategies to better the processes and scalation of the business
  • Lead the engagement process successfully, and garantee a wonderful first set up experience with new clients from end to end
  • Creating strategies for upselling and client retention

Requirements 

We look for ambitious people who want to use their best skills in Customer Experience. We look for people who can work in the LATAM Market. Our office for this position is in Mexico City (onsite).

Required skills:

  • Leadership experience
  • Self-motivated and autonomous
  • Great multitasker
  • Flexible, fast learner (you should get easily familiar with software systems)
  • Excellence in communicating and problem-solving
  • Native or proficient Spanish
  • English (intermediate level)
  • Previous experience in Client Success/Customer Experience
  • Previoues experience in Saas company(ies)
  • Experience dealing with LATAM customers
