At Factorial, we're looking for a new Business Development Partnerships to help us bring Factorial Channel to the next level.

The Role 📜

  • Define the marketing and commercial strategy together with the Market Area Manager/BU Manager.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with partners and potential clients through constant follow-up to seize new opportunities and develop Factorial's business.
  • Propose commercial plans and specific opportunities to clients related to the assigned products.
  • Provide commercial support and specialist/consulting assistance to distributors/end users/sales team concerning projects and solutions designed for them.
  • Identify and suggest sales opportunities to the sales team.
  • Supervise and monitor the compliance with the defined Marketing Plan.
  • Internal management of the manufacturer directed at the sales force: internal campaigns and incentives, and training.


Your Profile

  • You are fully fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Integrity, result-oriented and customer-oriented (internal and external), planning and coordination skills, forecasting and reporting. Strategy, decision-making, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Technical knowledge of the sector and products of the assigned area, Marketing and Sales techniques, and negotiation skills.
  • Education: University degree or Technical training of higher degree or 5 years of experience in a position with responsibility over products in the assigned area.


Bonus Points

  • You worked in a startup or fast-paced working environment
  • Experience with partnership or channel sales
  • You have knowledge/ experience in Human Resources/Software/Payroll
  • Experience in full cycle Sales B2B
  • You have experience using typical sales tools, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
