The role

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Entry Team Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our clients' business needs and the technical data requirements needed for SaaS platform implementation. You will work closely with clients, data engineers, and SaaS implementation teams to ensure accurate data entry, migration, and management, aligning with clients' operational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in data management, and an ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Client Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements related to data entry and migration.

Identify essential data fields, workflows, and business rules required for configuring SaaS platforms.

• Business Data Mapping:
  
  Translate business requirements into technical data specifications, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
  
  Work with Data Engineers and Analysts to ensure data is correctly structured and formatted for the platform.
• Data Process Documentation:
  
  Develop comprehensive documentation outlining the data entry and migration processes, including data workflows, field mappings, and business rules.
  
  Create user guides and best practice documentation for internal teams and clients.
• Data Quality and Validation:
  
  Collaborate with Data Analysts to validate data accuracy and adherence to business needs.
  
  Perform thorough data checks and reviews before Go-Live to ensure data conforms to business rules and processes.
  
• Business Process Optimization:
  Identify inefficiencies or gaps in data processes and propose improvements.
  Lead initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of data management and entry.
  
• Stakeholder Communication:
  
  Serve as a liaison between clients, the Data Team, and SaaS Implementation Team, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of data requirements.
  
  Provide regular status updates on data readiness, risks, and potential issues before Go-Live.
• Testing and Verification:
  
  Participate in testing phases to verify that data flows and platform configurations meet clients' operational needs.
  
  Ensure the platform supports the client’s business workflows before final Go-Live.
  

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably focusing on data management or SaaS implementation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis and understanding of business systems data structures.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to write clear, concise documentation, including data specifications and process guidelines.
• Experience with process mapping and documenting business data requirements.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and data-related functionalities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
