The Role ๐Ÿ“œ
Weโ€™re looking for an Account Manager based in CDMX to join our Customer Experience team and act as a consultant for our existing clients within the US Market.

You will be responsible for retaining a specific portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships with them, understanding their processes and challenges, and identifying product improvements and upselling opportunities.


What will you be doing?

  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs through regular video calls to create engagement and provide product updates.
  • Understand the client's needs and goals, acting as the go-to for anything related to their customer experience.
  • Identify upsell opportunities to ensure client satisfaction and add more value to their business.
  • Proactively analyze your portfolio to make decisions and create an action plan for each company you'll be working with.
  • Recognize and report trends and potential weaknesses proactively, helping find the best solutions to improve the customer journey and our product.
  • Youโ€™ll work hand-in-hand with other teams (Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, Finance) to achieve Factorial's goals.


Your Profile ๐Ÿง

  • C1 level in English is a must, as all communication will be in English/ C1 level in English is required, as all communication will be conducted in English
  • 2+ years of experience as a B2B Account Executive in SaaS or tech companies.
  • Understanding how the U.S. market and clients work is a must.
  • You have retention and persuasion skills with clients who may be considering leaving the business.
  • You have a digital mindset: you enjoy and easily adapt to new tech tools.
  • You are a good communicator and quickly empathize with people and other areas.
  • You are proactive and enjoy proposing new ideas to the team and processes that benefit the company.
  • You excel at understanding client needs and monetizing the impact this will have on your portfolio.
  • You should know that teamwork is essential to us, so cooperation and communication are a must. We win as a team.
