The Role 📜
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Customer Experience team on-site from our Barcelona office to act as the first point of contact with existing customers, answer their queries, and increase client satisfaction. You will be in charge of onboarding new customer, creating long-term relationships with them, understanding their processes and problems, and detecting product improvements and upsell opportunities.
What will you be doing
Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
Work with sales, product, ops and other internal teams to develop strategic plans and ensure KPIs are being met
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales, marketing, product teams regularly
Your Profile 🧐
A proficient level of Italian is required & professional English. We are international!
Proven track record of 1-2 years in account management, sales, or customer retention, with a strong focus on upselling and cross-selling to maximize client value and achieve revenue targets.
Experience with drive client retention and renewal by implementing proactive strategies and tailored solutions to prevent churn and maximize long-term client value.
Demonstrated expertise in managing complex client needs, building long-term relationships, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail to ensure quality and consistency in client interactions.
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
