At Factorial we're looking for a new Account Executive Team Lead for the Spanish market to help us boost our Sales Account Executives Team to the next level. The Role
Your mission will be to lead, motivate and empower a team of Account Executives in the Spanish market to achieve and exceed acquisition goals while scaling our sales motion.
You will spend your time:
Coaching, developing and stretching your team’s skills

Key Responsibilities
Define and implement clear commercial goals and strategy for the Spanish market
Ensure alignment with Factorial’s broader business priorities and revenue vision
Lead with clarity, purpose and inspiration
Team Development
Provide daily coaching, feedback and structured development
Inspire your team through strong leadership, confidence and emotional intelligence
Create a culture of motivation, ambition and continuous learning
Encourage innovation, curiosity and smart risk-taking
Recruitment and Onboarding
Hire high-potential AEs who match Factorial’s values
Deliver a smooth, motivating and structured onboarding experience
Set clear expectations and guide new joiners towards early success
Collaboration and Efficiency
Partner with Sales Operations to refine tools, processes and tracking
Use data to identify coaching opportunities and areas for improvement
Ensure the team works efficiently, with clarity and consistency
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and regional leaders
Bring market insights to improve our go-to-market strategy
Foster strong internal partnerships that elevate the Spanish market
In-field Leadership
Join key calls and meetings to support your AEs with real-time coaching
Review deals, refine pipeline strategies and help close key opportunities
Lead by example showing what great sales execution looks like
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who combines sales excellence with people inspiration.
Solid background in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS
At least 2 years leading, coaching and developing sales teams
A genuine passion for helping others grow, celebrating their success and unlocking their potential
A leadership style based on trust, empathy, positive energy and accountability
Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
Fluency in Spanish and an advanced level of English
A natural ability to uplift, motivate and unite a team, even in changing environments
