At Factorial we're looking for a new Sales Account Executive - Product Sales Specialist for the German Market to help us boost the company to the next level.

What will you be doing? 👀


  • Manage and Nurture Client Relationships: Take responsibility for managing and nurturing existing client relationships, ensuring continued satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Identify and Close Opportunities: Proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts and drive them to successful closure.
  • Consultative Product Expertise: Take a consultative approach to the finance function of our software, acting as a product expert and trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Executives: Work closely with Account Managers and Account Executives to develop and implement innovative sales techniques and strategies that enhance client engagement and close more deals.
  • Creative Selling Techniques: Develop and share creative selling approaches that will boost your team’s performance and contribute to hitting sales targets.

  • Sales Expertise: Highly motivated and results-driven, you’re committed to exceeding sales targets through persistence and strong performance, with expert negotiation skills that ensure win-win outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Effective Communicator: You communicate clearly and empathize quickly with people, building strong, trusting relationships.
  • Proactive and Innovative: You are proactive, always bringing new ideas to the table, and take initiative to drive projects forward.
  • Ownership and Accountability: You demonstrate full ownership of the activities you manage and take responsibility for delivering on your objectives.
  • Fluent in German & English: You’re fluent in German and have a professional level of English—our team is international!
  • Team Spirit: You thrive in a collaborative environment, valuing teamwork and actively contributing to team success with a positive and cooperative attitude.

  • You have been part of the construction of a Business Unit/team from scratch.
  • Sales Tools: Experienced in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Experience in Full cycle sales B2B.
  • Spanish skills
