We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven ABM Manager to own and scale our Enterprise Marketing efforts across key European markets (Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Portugal).
You’ll be the driving force behind personalized, high-impact programs that connect Factorial with HR and business decision-makers in large organizations. This is not your typical lead-gen role, we’re looking for someone who can blend brand, demand, content, and experience marketing to open doors and build trust with C-level audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for Enterprise accounts in Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, and Germany.
- Plan and manage executive events (dinners, roundtables, industry fairs) and webinars tailored to C-level audiences.
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Sales and Product teams to align messaging, content, and campaign objectives.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, content, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Identify co-marketing opportunities with key partners, associations, and HR tech players.
- Measure campaign performance and optimize based on data and feedback from the field.
- Develop high-impact content and messaging tailored to HR and business decision-makers in large organizations.
- Act as a central coordinator and primary contact for all things related to XL initiatives, ensuring a horizontal market view to create and support activities that increase awareness of Factorial, build pipeline, and aid closing motions through webinars and events.
- Oversee existing marketing activities related to XL to ensure full awareness and leverage of these initiatives, minimizing disruption or distraction.
- Raise awareness of XL within the marketing team organically, without requiring changes in their current workflows.
- Support and facilitate ad-hoc tasks and projects, such as case study creation and XL presentations, to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or enterprise software.
- Proven experience in planning and executing ABM campaigns.
- Strong track record working alongside Enterprise Sales teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (other languages such as French, German, Italian, or Portuguese are a plus).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze, report, and refine.
- Strategic, hands-on, and results-oriented marketer.
- Proficiency with marketing tools like HubSpot and other automation platforms.
