When you connect an LLM to a structured database and a user asks a natural language question, the model can generate SQL that runs without errors and returns a result... but the result is subtly wrong because of a mismatch between how the data is modeled and what the user actually meant. This is one of the hardest problems in production text-to-SQL systems. Have you ever had to solve this problem in a real system? *
