The Role πŸ“œ

Support and develop the best Sales Teams; Understanding each team’s needs, proactively preparing materials and trainings to improve results and conducting individual coaching sessions are the key of our Sales success. You will manage the increasement of the overall performance of our sales teams and ensure they have the best skill-set to achieve their goals.

For this role, you will work closely with our SDRs, AEs and managers of the German-speaking markets to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity. Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our sales teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals.

  • Conduct monthly onboarding courses with the new hires in the sales team.
  • Produce and update training material (e.g. slides, videos and case studies).
  • Monitor sales objectives and results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct individual coaching sessions through the analysis of sales calls and recorded meetings.
  • Sync with sales managers on each team’s needs.
  • Coordinate regular team refreshing sessions.
  • Collect feedback and report on the impact of training courses.


Your Profile 🧐

  • You are a native or profficient French speaker, professional in English.
  • Previous Training Sales Experience (or similar Managerial/Team Leading role) managing the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
  • Proven successful experience in SaaS full-cycle sales.
  • Eagerness to constantly learn about new and most innovative sales and coaching techniques.
  • Tech savvy and a natural passion for digital innovation.
  • Demonstrate presentation skillset, with ability to build relevant, strategic messaging based on customer insights.
  • Excited to actively contribute to constant improvements and evolution! (we have a culture of change!)
