Core: customization one of the teams with the highest impact around FactorialHR, therefore, one with the most challenges, as we work a lot with abstractions.
FactorialHR offers data models, processes, and notifications by default that don’t cover all the specific needs of different teams from companies of different sizes, sectors, and countries. Building a solution for every case would be crazy so that’s why we have to offer flexible tools to adapt every custom company flows into Factorial. That is why we exist!

At Factorial, we have a team of +100 very talented Full Stack developers. We are looking for engineers who can wear many hats, abstract problems, and find creative solutions. We look for smart people who are curious, proactive, independent, and have good soft/communication skills.
We are not looking for a long list of skills and technologies. Our stack is Ruby on Rails for the backend and React/React-native for the clients, but it’s not mandatory to be proficient in those (most of the team came with other areas of expertise which is very enriching, we will help you catch up with our Factorial: University fast). We believe that someone who has good aptitudes and is hungry for learning is what works best.
